So much FUN!

I can hardly wait to see how these two boys grow to be best of friends... (just like their daddies...) This afternoon, not only did I have the pleasure of hanging out with my dear friend, Grace, but Noah got to play with Ellis! They shared the playmat, swapping high-fives... and at the end of the day, the silly Moms made the boys pose with matching t-shirts. Yes, we thought they looked adorable... and we smiled even bigger when they both showed off their double chins. We love our well-fed boys! Here are some photos from the day...

Hanging with Grandpa Jim

Having a conversation...

On Friday, we went up to Grandpa Jim's office. All the ladies "ooo'd and aahh'd"over Noah while all of the men gave Dad a hard time for being a grandpa four times over. I'm not sure if Noah will decide to go to law school one day... Grandpa Jim is still hoping that "his baby" (Me) will still take the LSAT to follow in his footsteps. Who knows... it's about time that I take on ANOTHER career change! (those of you who know me well have permission to laugh out loud at that comment)

Jumping... or maybe just swinging :)

Noah had fun "hanging" around in the johnny-jump-up toy this afternoon. Only his tippy-toes touched the floor, so Mom had to facilitate the bouncing aspect of the game. We've been practicing his jumping abilities as he stands and then bends his knees. Sometimes he jumps so high that he begins to "fly" like Superman. Noah typically responds with a smile. I'm just waiting for the day when we pick him up to fly like Superman and he regurgitates his milk :)

3 months!

We can hardly believe that Noah is 3 months old! He has brought us so much joy, love and excitement... we love our little geeter!

Can't football be year-round?

Well, as you can see, Noah brought out his noise makers for the Super Bowl! Way to go Giants and the Manning family :)
Noah has also found his "first lovie"... he hugs and kisses and slobbers all over his little lamb blankie. It's really sweet to find him in his crib in the mornings with the lamb right next to his face.

our nations capitol

Tonight as I was listening to the State of the Union, I figured that I should take at least a few minutes to share about our trip to DC this past weekend... yes, with Noah, in tow! John and I decided that we should remain a "mobile" family even after Noah was born. So, this past weekend was our "let's take Noah on an airplane" adventure. It's only too bad that he slept 99% of the airplane ride to DC... or, maybe that wasn't quite a bad thing afterall. :) We enjoyed spending time with Steve and Tiny! Thanks, guys, for letting us invade your quaint Georgetown apartment. Noah is already missing your kisses and tickles, Tiny! We also had the chance to spend time with our buddy Scott. All in all, it was a fabulous weekend. We survived... better yet, Noah survived. And, we can't wait to do it again.

Here are some photos from the weekend...
